WHAT'S INCLUDED

Our new Youth Athlete Development Pathway

Our 6-week Youth Athlete Development Pathway is designed to help you enhance your athletic abilities, build strength, and prevent injury—all under the guidance of top-level coaching. This Pathway is currently available at our Hertford and Hitchin Practices.


Testing

In the first session, our expert Strength and Conditioning Coach, Maddie Hayes, will take you through a series of performance tests to identify areas for improvement and potential vulnerabilities.


Tailored Plan

Maddie will then design a personalised training plan tailored to your specific needs and athletic goals.


Strength & Conditioning sessions

5 hands-on Strength & Conditioning sessions will then follow. You’ll gain the tools to improve your strength, agility, and endurance.


Customised Home Plan

You’ll receive a customised at-home program to continue building on your progress between sessions.
