Due to high demand, the EVOLVE programme is making its return to our Hitchin and Hertford Practices! This is your chance to experience a complete transformation in fitness, health, and wellbeing.


PNOE Metabolic Testing

Kick off your journey with a PNOE Metabolic Test, and then complete another at the end of the programme. This detailed test reveals how your body fuels exercise, allowing us to tailor your workouts for maximum efficiency.


Strength & Conditioning

Enjoy three bespoke training sessions per week for the duration of the 12 week programme, you’ll follow a completely personalised plan based on your PNOE results and personal goals.


Heart Rate Monitoring

Track your progress by wearing a heart rate monitor during all sessions to ensure you're working in the optimal heart rate zones, helping you achieve peak performance.


Nutritional Support

A 12 month membership to Nutrable, our nutrition partner, for long-term diet improvements, including an at-home blood test and consultation with a specialist nutritionist.

PNOE Testing

Conducted by a Specialist Strength and Conditioning Coach, the PNOE test assesses 10 crucial fitness metrics. These insights will be used to tailor a programme designed for guaranteed results. Fasting requirement: You must fast for 6 hours prior to the test.

Nutrition Focus

You'll receive a unique code to access Nutrable. From there, you can order an at-home General Wellbeing Blood Test, which requires a 12-hour fast. Once completed, you'll send the test off and receive results within 96 hours. Following this, you will have consultation with a specialist nutritionist to discuss your results.

Building the Foundation

Start your personalised programme in 3 x weekly 1:1 sessions, focusing on your goals. Heart rate monitoring is essential in every session to ensure you’re in the optimal zones for your progress.

Turning Up the Intensity

We increase the intensity of your workouts to boost performance and metabolism. In addition to your 1:1 sessions, you’ll have homework workouts to complement your training.

Reaching Your Peak

This is the month to give it your all! Every session is critical as you approach your bespoke goal. Nutrition plays a pivotal role this month—focus on optimizing your diet for maximum results. At the end of the month, your final measurements will be taken during your last session.

Final PNOE Testing

Conclude the programme with a second PNOE Metabolic Test to assess the progress made across the 10 key fitness metrics. This final test will showcase how far you’ve come and confirm the effectiveness of your hard work and dedication.
