Julie has been looking after me since January’23 for inflammation. Firstly for carpal tunnel, then pointed me in the right direction for an unfortunate diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (systemic inflammation) which recently moved into my right knee, she has treated the area & has got me back on track. She looked after me professionally with client care & offering sound home advice. I highly recommend One Health Physiotherapy.

Celia sorted me out with the after effects of a bad case of sciatica, a sore ankle and back stiffness. Excellent help and very professional, definitely recommend and feel I can now move forward following her advice.

Angie Hulst At Carter & George is fantastic I have Just had hip Surgery in Lithuania and ended up With Post Op Trauma.This lady is an Expert on this subject and knows how to deal with this situation as well as exercises for hip recovery I would not hesitate to reccommend Angie Hulst & Carter & George.

Angie did a brilliant job on helping me in managing my osteoarthritis - Angie is very knowledgeable about the best treatments and exercises.

I recently had post hip surgery physio during Covid and I have to say the treatment was 1st class. It was clear , precise and empathetic and aided my recovery hugely.

I have been treated by both Sam and Matt at this practise and I must say both are excellent. I saw Sam initially for my golfers elbow after a few sessions she thought I would benefit from some acupuncture with Matt. It’s fabulous to be able to receive 2 very different types of treatment without having to travel! From the moment you walk through the door you feel at ease. Very friendly staff and knowledgable team.

I saw Lisa the receptionist who was so kind and helpful and clever . I saw Adele who was really so clever and kind too . We need more people in this world like them . I was so nervous and upset before I got there as it had been a fraught morning and I had one or two upsets from people . Lisa and Adele were so calming to me and caring . That is why I gave them five stars.

A really good physio/osteo. Uses portable ultrasound scans to see injuries (I like to know what the problem is, not just what the physio thinks it might be!). Also integrated use of things like Shockwave and lubricant joint injections (not offered by others).

Amazing treatment from Rhys and his team @Carter and George as an ageing Hairdresser 🤣 they have helped me make my way to retirement pain free. Getting rid of tennis elbow and tendonitus to get me through the next ten years, highly recommend these guys especially as they are now in Hitchin too ❤️

Having been diagnosed with a very painful Achilles tendinopathy I have had four Shockwave Therapy treatments from both Rhys & Chris and the outcome has been astonishing. Even after the initial treatment there was a significant improvement and the discomfort when walking greatly diminished. After the 4th session I can honestly say that I no longer have any pain at all when walking - now up to 2 miles per day! I cannot recommend this practice too highly.

I found all members of staff helpful, suitable appointments were easy to make and change if necessary and it was all honest and transparent through the whole process. Thank You!

Was in absolute agony for months with a bulge bettween L4/5 vertabrae, and taking pain killers all day, every day. consultant said it would take months to possibly heal, if not injections could be tried and failing that an op. Having had an op for the same thing (although the bulge was much worse then) 3 years ago I did not want to have that again. I was recommended Carter and George and after only one visit there was an improvement. After several visits the pain is virtually gone. I can not recommend Chris (physiotherapist) enough.

Very friendly place to be. Sophie is thorough, talked through my issues and what she thought would be the best way to treat. There was follow up, plus an email to check all was OK up to 1 month later. All very impressive and would definitely recommend.

I recently underwent rehabilitation for a rotator cuff injury and had the pleasure of being treated by Pin Khor. From the very first session, Pin demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication. After just a few visits, I began to notice significant improvements, and now, after several months, my shoulder has been fully restored to its proper function.

I came here over the course of 3 months and saw the same 2 people throughout - Maddie (strength / conditioning) is patient, knowledgable and warm. She really pushes you too, to achieve your best. Sophie is super knowledgeable too and really makes you feel comfortable in assessments, taking the time to go through the results and what it means. Would recommend Carter and George!
