I saw Zoe Weir for a knee problem. I was quite in a bad way, with significant pain and only c.6 weeks to go before a ski holiday that was already booked. Zoe did a very thorough assessment of the problem and came up with a detailed plan mixing treatment and (well judged) exercises, and also fitted me with a very specific type of knee brace which made a difference. Zoe also provided me with a warm up / stretching routine pre / post skiing. Delighted to say I was able to ski everyday without issues and I cannot recommend Zoe highly enough who is both very professional and personable.
